3. SERVICES AND ENGAGEMENT
3.1 Service Scope
- WebDextro Ltd provides software development, web application development, mobile app development, cloud solutions, IT consulting, and digital transformation services.
- Project specifications, deliverables, and timelines will be agreed upon in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or contract.
3.2 Modifications and Termination
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any services without prior notice.
- Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice, subject to the terms outlined in the respective contract.
4. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
- Clients must provide accurate and necessary information required for project execution.
- Clients must ensure compliance with applicable laws, including data protection regulations such as UK GDPR.
- Any delay in providing required information or approvals may affect project timelines and costs.
5. PAYMENTS, FEES, AND REFUNDS
5.1 Pricing and Payment Terms

- We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- Clients must ensure that any data shared with us is in compliance with applicable laws.
7.2 Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the engagement.
- Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of the agreement.
8. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS
8.1 Service Warranty

10. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
